A digital planner/ journal is a digital intangible PDF file that you can use within your smart device (for example: iPad or smartphone) in replacement of the traditional paper planner or journal.

To get started, you will need a digital device (tablet, phone, or laptop) a note taking app, and a digital planner/ journal. If you are using a tablet keep in mind you will need a Stylus pen that's compatible with your tablet.

For iOs we recommend GoodNotes or Notability. For Android & Windows we recommend Xodo or OneNote. Please not that our planners/ journals are made with Goodnotes in mind. Note taking apps may come at an additional cost to the consumer.

1. Go to Shortcuts app (on iPad), Tap the + (Add) button and name it.
2. Locate your planner/ notebook or type in the document name and select it.
3. Tap the adjust icon, then tap "Add to Home Screen"
4. Type your desired name and tap icon to change the icon image
5. Navigate to where the icon images were saved. Tap "Use" the tap "Add"
6. Your planner shortcut is created. Now you can tap the icon and go directly to your planner.

If a Goodnotes file was provided; make sure to import document as you would your planner/ journal. All Goodnotes sticker books are already pre-cropped for Goodnotes use ONLY. You can click the lasso tool within the app, choose the sticker you want to use & copy/ paste into your planner.
You can also save your individual PNG files to your gallery as an image instead of importing them as a document. Keep in mind the PNG files won't be pre-cropped this way.

To click on the hyperlinks in Goodnotes; you to to enter viewing mode by clicking on the pencil button in the top right corner of the Goodnotes app.

Once pdf link is downloaded to device, choose the destination of which you want to open the document (ex: GoodNotes App) you will then will be able to import and use your fully hyperlinked planner/ journal.

You will receive a download link in your inbox immediately after your purchase. Most orders come in a Google Drive folder that you can save and access for any future updates to the planner. In addition please check your spam folder if your download link wasn't immediately accessed.
